Email notification failure

I am working with OJS v. 3.1.2.1. I am not receiving e-mail notifications. The e-mail address is correct in my profile and I have enabled all types of e-mails. However, I cannot tick the boxes to receive reviewers’ e-mails and authors’ revisions notifications in the workflow (see image below):
