Hello, I am trying to configure the statistics in OJS3, through the statistics plugin the data is shown but there is an article that shows a statistic that is not real, it shows thousands of downloads when it is not an article of special relevance.Could you delete a record from the statistics?
If I compare it with Google Analytics, it does not look at all like one statistic with the other.
I also need to display some kind of statistics publicly, but what is shown in the Usage Statistics plugin is not enough, I need something more general at the journal level.
How do you do it? Do you have any recommendation or suggestion?
