QuickSubmit plugin not visible

Hi,

I just upgraded OJS to 3.3.0.6 and the QuickSubmit plugin is no longer visible in Tools or under my installed plugins. However, when I go to the Plugins Gallery and click the QuickSubmit plugin, it says “Plugin already installed, but can be updated to a newer version”. But there is no way to update it, I can’t uninstall the old version because it is not visible, and is not even in the plugins folder in my OJS installation. Any help would be much appreciated.
