Continuous Loading - installation of 3.0.1 and 3.0.0

I tried installing OJS 3.0.1 and 3.0.0 using three methods,

1. Manually set up on MAC OS X 10.10.5 (Yosemite)
2. Online server
3. MAMP on MAC OS X 10.10.5 (Yosemite)

In 2. and 3., online sever and MAMP, I only get a Blank page

in method 1, local host shows installation page and when I submit the installation, page start loading and is always loading. I wonder if anything wrong at MY SQL, in the drop down list mysql appears within square brackets [MY SQL]. Please help
