I updated my OJS 2.4.8.0 to 2.4.8.1. I checked branch 2.8.4 out of git and copied public folder and config.inc.php to this instance. I thought I would have 2.4.8.1 now and next time I can just git pull. But OJS is still telling (wrongly!) me it is 2.4.8.0 and I need to update.
What might be wrong?!
