OJS 2.4.8 Multiple reviewers assigned and accepted and article still shows up as "Unassigned"

For one of the articles, there are two reviewers both of whom have been assigned as reviewers and accepted the assignment. And, the article still shows up in the “Unassigned” queue.

Is there anything I should check to maybe allow this to move to the “in Review” queue?
