Anybody else could still run OJS with older PHP versions if they absolutely have to, but could not run the test suite and could not use the RQC plugin itself (which already uses the ?? operator and so will require PHP 7 as well – which I consider a feature, not a bug).

• I understand line 3 as a requirement to have a single license for the whole product. Fine.
• I guess line 1 is also a requirement and meant to serve as a very simple contributor agreement to have a single copyright holder for the whole product. Also fine. (Is this spelled out anywhere?)
• But line 2 is a mystery to me. I understand that John Willinsky has started the PKP project and ought to appear in many of the files. But it does not seem to make much sense to include him in a file that he has never touched. So should I put my own name in that place? Or not? And if not and if Willinsky instead: Why?

Last month unauthorized person access the webserver and remove the ojs database. Then, the web showed empty page.
We have reinstall the same version of ojs and try to restore the articles through quick submit plugin.

I have check the table journals, static_pages, and static_page_settings to check whether there is inconsistency, but they seem ok.
Is there something that I missed?

I run the query “:select * from versions where product=‘staticPages’;” It return major 1, minor 2.
