Doubt about the email system

Currently the system records as “An editor decision (Request Revisions) for article 0000 was recorded by User.”
But it is not possible to view the content of the email.

Fatal error after upgrading ops3.2.0beta to OPS3.2.0-1 Beta

Quite slow loading after upgrade 3.1.2-4 to 3.2.0-1

Comparing to before it is quite visible, some pages like Submissions or “All active” take like a minute to load the entries in it.

OJS 3.2.0.1 - SUBMISSION_UNSUITABLE email task

After the last version update some of our journals that use this email template can’t seem to find it anymore and we can’t figure out what action they need to take in order to trigger it. Everything seems to be configured right (and it looks the same in our test site) so as far we know it’s not something they altered in their particular site.

Author is able to change galley file in published version (OPS3.2.0-1)

Does not load style of the main page

Two editors of the same journal have different permissions on the same submissions

In OJS 3.1.2.1 I have two editors (with the same configuration; I mean same group in table ‘user_groups’ and same roles in table ‘roles’) that have different behavior on the submission page of the same journal (‘https://<domain>/index.php/<journal-path>/submissions’) - ‘Archive’ tab.
The list of the items is the same, but, for example, the link that lead to the submission is different; in case of Editor A is:

Loss of formatting in submitted reviews and email records

The newly sent out email records and review have lost all formatting and appeared as one long paragraph. There is loss of the carriage returns.
However, reviews and email records saved in previous OJS 2 has been able to retain their formatting.Another very minor issue is the deadlink as seen below - the press on edit leading to 404 page

Issue with keywords in upgrading from OJS 2.4.8-1 to OJS 3.2.x

However, if I upgrade before from 2.4.8-1 to 3.1.2-4 and after 3.1.2-4 to 3.2.0-2 the keywords load correctly in all articles.
This also happens with the the languages of the article and with the supporting agencies
I have compared the tables: “controlled_vocab_entries”, “controlled_vocab_entry_settings” and “controlled_vocabs” in both processes (2841–>3124–>3202 and 2841–>3202) and they are completely different.
No errors during the upgrade and in the php_log

Unable to create Discussion / Upload Files in ojs 3.1.2.0
