We have upgraded our staging site to 3.2.0.3 and I am doing testing. I noticed that the Review Reminders/Response Reminders have changed. In previous versions of OJS, you could select “Never Remind”. Now it’s just a space to enter a number. It’s on unclear what will happen if you enter 0. Will it not send a reminder? Will it send a reminder on the day it’s due?

Can someone tell me what will happen if I select “0”? Since I’m working on staging I would like to test the automated emails but I don’t want them to go out for real journals. Normally I would go in and select “Never remind” for all of our real journals on staging but that option is no longer available.

We are using OJS version 3.1.1.2, and implementing the Plum Analytics Artifact Widget Block, its working fine, but as you can see, the background of the Plum Analytics (pkp_block) is different than the other custom blocks.

Hello,

How to fix these issues, I’ve 2 versions of OJS 3: OJS v3.1.2.0 and v3.1.2.4
Both of them have the same error when I change the language.

But, when I use the en_US it will become normal. I’ve 50 - 120 journal on each version and different language.
When I searching in this forum, I found similar issue Menu problem in OJS 3.1 (bug?) but that’s not exactly same with my problem.

After updating OJS from version 3.1.2.4 to 3.2.1.1, blank white pages appear. I found two such situations, maybe there are more of them?

First sytuation.

Reader interface -> “Search” function
After clicking the “Search” button, an empty white page appears. This applies to both simple and advanced search.

In the config.inc.php version 3.1.2.4 I had the following settings:

locale = en_US
client_charset = utf-8
connection_charset = utf8
database_charset = utf8

In version 3.2.1.1, “database_charset” was removed and “collation = utf8_general_ci” was added. So I have these settings:

locale = en_US
client_charset = utf-8
connection_charset = utf8
collation = utf8_general_ci

Clicking the “Search” button displays the following message:

Just updated from 3.1.1-4 to 3.2.1-1
We cannot upload images with Tiny editor.
We get messages such us one or more images could not be uploaded.

How could I solve this?

Hi,

I am using OJS 3.1.2-4. I am facing issues with the sections order in one issue. I have checked and there are already some topics on this issue, however should be fixed with the version I have, if I understand correctly.
I have submitted articles using Quick Submit plugin. Afterward I changed a section of some articles. Now I want to change the order of the sections in the TOC, but it doesn’t work. I change the order, but when clicking save, the order gets back to the previous version.

Should this be already fixed? Any workaround how to change the order now, e.g. going directly in the DB?
