Error to finish the load html galley file process OJS 3.3.0.15

Hello Everyone,

I tried to upload a Galley HTML article file to a number of ILAE magazine,

1. The process start really good, let me fill up the form with the type of file
2. Let me upload the html file too,
3. the problem appear when the process arrive to number 2. Metadata where it request upload a file with metadata information.
4. But when I push the button to continue, the process freeze and the window state there for so long. When Check consol said 500 error.
5. Not let you to continue to number 3 of process to finish the upload html file.
6. The only solution to continue in the OJS is close the window,
7. but when you return the galley option file is uploaded and work normally.
8. But it is not all, when try to publish the article, the freeze problem appear again and publish window go to loop and you need to close the window to finish.
9. But the process was done.

Conclusion, the OJS upload the html file but not show the corrects windows and don’t show the correctly messages when it is really finish the process on backend

Awaiting some tips to solve this rare problem Kind regards
