Error 500 after updating CustomLocalePlugin

Hello,
After updating in ojs 3.2.1-1 the CustomLocalPlugin I obtain an error 500 when I try to access my site

Statistics download articles / OJS 3.2.1

Hello! I have published (OJS 3.2.1) a new article (3 days ago) and I have included the PDF documents as a galley. But I see that the download statistics are not showing me.

Why doesn’t it show me the download data? What else should I configure?

Mass email after publication of new issue

Hi!
When I publish a new issue in my journal, a mass email is sent to all my users, about 1500. But my mail server only allows 150 shipments per hour, which is not sent. What could I do to solve this? any possibility of mailing by blocks?

Submitted files are being created with the wrong group (wheel)

I have a user www that is a member of the group www. Both are set in the respective User and Group setting of httpd.conf. Yet the submited files are created using the wrong group wheel.

I checked the cache and public directories and in both of those places the files are correctly created using the group www. Just the files in the files_dir are using the wrong group.

I noticed that this has an effect on my backup routine. How can that be fixed?

404 Error on some published articles

Hi,
this is not whole site issue, only a problem of several articles at http://ojs.cbuic.cz/index.php/peb
between the first Arnaudov and Gabajová only Inese Sluka articles are found, any other () report 404 not found. Any idea what caused this problem? We just published the four proceedings on newly installed OJS (two-week old version - now previous version 3.2…1).

I also noticed when I click the first Arnaudov, it moves lower in the list of articles, so the order of articles changes when you click on the first ones…after they change…this is really strange. I use OJS 2 and 3 for about 7 years and I have never experienced such behavior.

Cannot login after upgrade to OJS 3.2.1-2 (Unknown locale component LOCALE_COMPONENT_OJS_MANAGER)

greetings,
i need help, i am upgrading OJS 2.4.8-5 to 3.2.1-2
upgrade is successful, i can see all my journals and articles, but i cannot login.
when i click on login link (on top right corner), it send me this blank page with message
“Unknown locale component LOCALE_COMPONENT_OJS_MANAGER”
i upgraded it with complete stand-alone package method.
i am using XAMPP (PHP 7 and Mysql 7) on windows x64.

i enable debug and this is come out:

OJS 3.2.1.1 - Installed Language does not appear as available

On a fresh OSJ 3.2.1.1 installation, a specific locale (greek) POs are present in the source tree, however it is not available in the locale list. I see no errors in the logs. I have tried to reinstall them afresh from Weblate, but still no joy. What could I possibly do wrong?

I have a strange problem, when I click on the doi link in 2017/2018 issues,


I get communit:

You cannot call this operation without a context (press, journal, conference, etc).

but in the 2019/20 issues everything works fine

I removed all .php files from cache/t_compile , and I have changed entries in the files search.tpl and article_summary.tpl with this solutions:

maybe You know what could be the cause of this error?

ORCID Clients ID for Many Institutional Journal Websites

Error message when using the ORCID Profile Plugin after updating to OJS 3.2.1.2

We have successfully installed the ORCID Profile Plugin in our multi-journal platform in OJS 3.2.1.1 - users were able to register with their ORCID iD and connect their accounts (“Create or Connect your ORCID iD”). We are using an ORCID Membership API and the credentials are provided in the config.inc.php

After updating to OJS 3.2.1.2 we just get this error message, when clicking on the button “Create or Connect your ORCID iD”.

Notificaciones en Discusiones de corrección

Hola. En la etapa de corrección, cuando se genera una nueva “discusión de corrección”, les llega un email de aviso a los participantes de esa discusión, pero cuando esas personas contestan, no llegan las notificaciones por email. O sea, solo llega la notificación cuando se crea la discusión, pero no en cada mensaje de intercambio. ¿Cómo puedo configurarlo para que siempre lleguen notificaciones por email? Gracias, Lucila
